Market Partnerships Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create scalable and repeatable national programs that can be implemented across various regions.

• Develop frameworks and best practices to facilitate regional adoption.

• Collaborate with national and regional stakeholders to ensure effective execution and adoption.

• Evaluate performance and continuously refine processes based on outcomes and feedback.

• Assist in the development and implementation of scalable regional marketing initiatives by coordinating assets, workflows, and logistics that promote business growth, retention, cross-selling, and pipeline development.

• Oversee timelines for essential deliverables within regional strategic programs.

• Provide executional support for regional events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement efforts, including planning, vendor management, and post-event follow-up.

• Keep program trackers, calendars, and documentation updated to offer real-time insights into status, risks, and next steps.

• Manage seminars and logistics, which includes presentation reviews, dry runs, attendee tracking, follow-up actions, and asset distribution.

• Coordinate social media deliverables with the Regional Marketing Leader, ensuring readiness of copy, assets, approvals, and scheduling for regional initiatives and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training.

• Experience in planning and managing events.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to apply critical thinking and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.

• Proficient in Microsoft products like Outlook, Excel, and Office365.

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
