This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take ownership of scope, timeline, budget, quality, contractual obligations, go-live, stabilization, and transition to operations for assigned Provider DDIs.
β’ Maintain a consolidated portfolio overview of milestones, dependencies, staffing, risks, decisions, financial performance, and recovery strategies.
β’ Generate reports that facilitate executive decision-making and issue resolution.
β’ Cultivate relationships with client executives and implementation teams to fulfill client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
β’ Lead integrated governance across Provider DDIs with well-defined decision-making rights, participants, outputs, and escalation procedures.
β’ Enforce stage gates and approved baselines across solution strategy, architecture, scope, budget, staffing, timeline, product gaps, dependencies, and operational readiness.
β’ Propel the transformation of solution delivery practices and ensure compliance across projects and teams.
β’ Align various departments, including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Solutioning, Implementation, Customer Experience, Systems, Security, Data and Analytics, Finance, Account leadership, and delivery partners.
β’ Rigorously evaluate delivery assumptions and necessitate actionable recovery plans with accountable owners, deadlines, dependencies, and measurable exit criteria.
β’ Manage delivery economics, encompassing budget, forecasts, estimates at completion, labor and non-labor costs, change control, revenue timing, margin, productivity, and resource utilization.
β’ Ensure delivery plans, staffing, forecasts, cost models, pricing assumptions, and contractual obligations are aligned with an actionable baseline.
β’ Drive DDI optimization through standardization, reusable assets, timely value generation, environment readiness, automation, AI-enabled delivery, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Develop a scalable Provider delivery organization with clear roles, RACIs, capacity and succession plans, performance expectations, and the adoption of lessons learned.
β’ Directly oversee project-dedicated senior leaders managing individual implementations.
β’ Act as an executive leader for multiple simultaneous Provider DDIs and collaborate across business, product, technology, implementation, client, and support functions.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is preferred.
β’ At least fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in technology delivery, implementation, operations, or professional services.
β’ A minimum of ten years leading large, matrixed organizations.
β’ At least five years at the senior director, vice president, or comparable level.
β’ Ten or more years of experience delivering Medicaid, public-sector healthcare, or similarly regulated programs, including leading Medicaid Provider implementations.
β’ Executive responsibility for a minimum of two large-scale, multi-workstream implementations from mobilization through go-live, stabilization, and transition to operations.
β’ Experience leading multiple concurrent Medicaid Provider implementations or managing a portfolio with shared product, architecture, engineering, staffing, financial, and client dependencies.
β’ Proven track record in integrated delivery planning, stage-gate governance, delivery assurance, risk management, and recovery planning.
β’ Demonstrated accountability for delivery budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion, labor and non-labor costs, change control, revenue timing, margin, and contractual commitments.
β’ Successful alignment of senior cross-functional and client leaders to defined decisions, owners, and target dates.
β’ Quantifiable improvements in at least two delivery outcomes, such as cost, cycle time, milestone predictability, quality, defect reduction, client readiness, or productivity.
β’ Proven success in managing client relationships at all levels in high-stakes environments.
β’ Ability to operate effectively at both the program and project levels of solution delivery.
