This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the scope, schedule, cost, quality, contractual obligations, go-live processes, stabilization, and operational transition for assigned Provider DDIs.
• Maintain a holistic view of milestones, dependencies, staffing, risks, decisions, financial performance, and recovery actions across the portfolio.
• Generate reports that facilitate executive decision-making and resolution processes.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with client executives and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and needs are met.
• Lead integrated governance across Provider DDIs, establishing clear decision rights, participants, outputs, and escalation pathways.
• Enforce stage gates and approved baselines related to solution strategy, architecture, scope, costs, staffing, schedules, product gaps, dependencies, and operational readiness.
• Propel the transformation of solution delivery practices and ensure compliance across projects and teams.
• Align various teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Solutioning, Implementation, Customer Experience, Systems, Security, Data and Analytics, Finance, Account leadership, and delivery partners.
• Challenge delivery assumptions, identify constraints, and require actionable recovery plans.
• Oversee delivery economics, which includes budget, forecasts, estimates at completion, labor and non-labor costs, change control, revenue timing, margins, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Ensure delivery plans, staffing, forecasts, cost models, pricing assumptions, and contractual commitments are aligned with an executable baseline.
• Enhance DDI optimization through standardization, reusable assets, earlier value creation, environment readiness, automation, AI-enabled delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Develop a scalable Provider delivery organization with well-defined roles, RACIs, capacity and succession plans, performance expectations, and lessons-learned integration.
• Directly oversee project-dedicated senior leaders managing individual implementations.
• Function as a servant leader, assisting teams in resolving complex issues related to solution delivery, project execution, and client engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in technology delivery, implementation, operations, or professional services, including at least ten years in leadership roles within large, matrixed organizations, and five years at the senior director, vice president, or equivalent level.
• At least ten years of experience in delivering Medicaid, public-sector healthcare, or similarly regulated programs, with a focus on leading Medicaid Provider implementations.
• Executive accountability for a minimum of two large-scale, multi-workstream implementations from the mobilization phase through go-live, stabilization, and the transition to operations.
• Experience in leading multiple concurrent Medicaid Provider implementations or managing a portfolio with shared product, architecture, engineering, staffing, financial, and client dependencies.
• Proven track record in integrated delivery planning, stage-gate governance, delivery assurance, risk management, and recovery planning.
• Demonstrated accountability for managing delivery budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion, labor and non-labor costs, change control, revenue timing, margins, and contractual commitments.
• Ability to align senior cross-functional and client leaders with defined decisions, owners, and target dates.
• Evidence of quantifiable improvement in at least two delivery outcomes such as cost, cycle time, milestone predictability, quality, defect reduction, client readiness, or productivity.
• Established success in managing client relationships at all levels in high-stakes environments.
• Capability to operate effectively at both high-level and detailed aspects of solution delivery, adapting work styles for project and team success.
