Vice President – Corporate Relations

📋 Description

• Act as the senior executive leader responsible for driving Corporate Relations revenue growth and enhancing long-term enterprise value across a substantial region.

• Boost revenue performance, nurture and maintain valuable corporate relationships, create a robust revenue pipeline, and direct a market-oriented strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.

• Provide guidance to up to 10 Market Senior Directors by enhancing leadership capabilities, promoting accountability, and synchronizing market strategies.

• Formulate and execute the Corporate Relations revenue strategy.

• Assume responsibility for achieving multi-million-dollar Corporate Relations revenue targets through pipeline development, opportunity management, forecasting, and performance accountability.

• Develop, solicit, close, and enhance high-value corporate partnerships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.

• Create and implement strategic account plans for key corporate partners focusing on retention, growth, renewal, and multi-year expansion.

• Cultivate a revenue-driven team culture that emphasizes prospect strategy, sales discipline, relationship management, and execution.

• Assess market trends, partner requirements, and revenue performance data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize return on effort.

• Collaborate with internal leaders to align mission priorities, sponsorship opportunities, and partner engagement strategies.

• Forge executive-level relationships with corporate leaders, key influencers, and stakeholders.

• Oversee revenue planning and resource allocation towards the highest-value opportunities and both short- and long-term goals.

• Ensure stewardship, reporting, cross-functional coordination, partner satisfaction, contract fulfillment, revenue realization, and sustainable business growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• A minimum of ten years of executive leadership experience with a multi-million-dollar organization in either the non-profit or for-profit sector.

• Experience in the non-profit or healthcare industry is preferred.

• Background in successful fundraising and managing high-level donor relationships, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in effectively managing and monitoring profit and loss for a multi-million-dollar budget and taking necessary measures to achieve targets.

• Demonstrated leadership in steering programmatic results within large and diverse communities.

• A comprehensive understanding of and ability to articulate the region’s mission delivery programs and income development strategies.

• Established strategic planning experience and a strong track record in developing corporate strategies and business practices.

• Ability to foster collaborative arrangements and strategic partnerships.

• Strong communication skills to serve as the chief spokesperson and representative of the region.

• Capability to influence a variety of stakeholders through both written and oral communication.

• Familiarity with sales methodology and culture.

• Expertise in cultivating productive external relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Proven skills in building cohesive teams, managing conflict, and promoting collaboration.

• History of fostering volunteer/staff partnerships.

• Proven ability to develop talent and achieve positive employee engagement in a productive, inclusive work environment.

• Demonstrated success in managing a culturally and functionally diverse workforce at a senior management level.

• Proven track record in attracting and retaining top-level talent.

• Ability to build consensus and achieve desired results through others.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated skills and experience in relationship building, mediation, negotiation, resolution, and presentation.

• Extensive travel is required.
