📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the ESN product organization, encompassing Research & Innovation, Product Development, and Product Management.

• Aligning the product strategy with the company’s long-term goals.

• Leading and mentoring Directors and Leads while cultivating a high-performing leadership team.

• Promoting a culture of trust, accountability, constructive feedback, and high standards.

• Proactively addressing performance and leadership challenges at an early stage.

• Designing and refining the product-related operating model with defined responsibilities, decision-making rights, interfaces, and quality benchmarks.

• Responsible for portfolio prioritization, balancing community value, product excellence, and commercial viability.

• Acting as the primary product liaison to the VP Brand & Commercial.

• Ensuring cross-functional alignment with Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality Management.

• Representing Product in pertinent strategic decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant leadership experience, including multiple years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Product, Director, or VP) within a growing and dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in leading and developing leaders, preferably at the Director level.

• Experience in structuring organizations and further developing existing teams.

• Capability to lead experts confidently and make informed, technically sound decisions.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Enthusiasm for supplements, sports, and nutrition.

• Strong knowledge of raw materials, formulation, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong aptitude for operating models and process design.

• Experience in growth-focused, ambitious, and results-oriented environments.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
