This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization and the priorities of executive leadership.
• Act as the primary People & Culture advisor to executive leaders regarding organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and risks related to personnel.
• Spearhead company-wide initiatives for people transformation.
• Manage and mentor Senior HR Business Partners.
• Ensure uniformity in people policies, performance evaluations, talent management practices, and frameworks for employee relations.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent assessments, succession planning, and the development of leadership pipelines.
• Create and implement competency and skills frameworks.
• Direct the annual performance management process.
• Manage global People Operations and services that support employees throughout their lifecycle.
• Promote process standardization, governance, continuous improvement, and the adoption of HR technology.
• Advocate for initiatives related to engagement, recognition, wellbeing, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.
• Direct the strategy for compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Supervise compensation evaluations, job architecture, salary frameworks, and benefits offerings.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Establish and uphold global governance, compliance, audit, policy, record-keeping, and risk mitigation programs for personnel.
• Oversee governance related to health, safety, occupational health, and employee wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Finance on events concerning the employee lifecycle, workforce data, changes in compensation, and benefits transactions.
• Utilize people analytics and workforce insights to inform decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
• Manage HR technologies, people systems, the quality of workforce data, and ensure privacy and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and nurture a high-performing global People & Culture team.
• Supervise Senior HR Business Partners, Senior Manager – Benefits & Compensation, and Manager – People & Culture Operations.
• A Master's degree or international equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple global or international HR functions.
• Demonstrated success in leading HR within global, multi-regional organizations of comparable scale (1,500–5,000 employees).
• Experience in guiding organizations through transitions, restructuring, or HR transformations.
• Extensive knowledge of global employment practices, compliance, HR operations, and contemporary talent strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience collaborating with Finance on workforce modeling and cost planning.
• Capability to balance a strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a lean or evolving HR environment.
• Experience in professional services, technology, shared services, or other global, matrixed settings.
• Preferred certifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other global HR credentials.
