This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Promote TestGorilla's values and cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Design, develop, and sustain an automated and AI-driven employee journey from pre-boarding to off-boarding.
• Take ownership of and manage the HR technology ecosystem, including assessment, improvement, unification, and integration.
• Manage the non-Finance aspects of payroll, invoicing, contract management, and compliance across all operational countries.
• Oversee data privacy, recordkeeping, and the daily interactions with the EOR vendor.
• Set up and troubleshoot hiring tools, enabling hiring managers to conduct searches independently.
• Maintain accessible documentation for self-service and People & Culture AI agents.
• Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture to determine what processes should be self-service versus managed by humans.
• Work within a streamlined two-person team directly alongside the Head of People & Culture.
• Provide support across various People functions as necessary in a scaling environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Designed and implemented complex automations using platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make.com as an integral part of an HR tech stack.
• Experience managing payroll, compliance, or HR operations in multiple countries, preferably through an Employer of Record or a combination of EOR and direct entities.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HRIS.
• Familiarity with HiBob is advantageous.
• Experience in evaluating or transitioning HR systems is a plus.
• Possess a product-oriented mindset and experience iterating based on feedback from employees and managers.
• Proven experience working in high-autonomy, asynchronous, remote-only teams and cultures.
• Demonstrate operational rigor, empathy, and a genuine interest in people.
• Strong skills in providing feedback and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Generally, five years of relevant experience is expected, though ownership, impact, and progression are valued more than the exact duration.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the specified location without sponsorship.
• Engagement as an Individual Contractor.
• Bonus qualifications: experience with ATS or recruitment platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever; knowledge of EOR providers like Remote, Deel, or Oyster; involvement in HRIS implementation or migration; support for organizational change.
