Analista de Recursos Humanos – Reclutamiento y Selección

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes: job postings, screening, interviews, evaluations, and closure.

• Administer and enhance the use of recruitment software and job boards.

• Keep candidate and employee information updated in the CRM.

• Design and implement training and onboarding programs for staff.

• Prepare reports and metrics for the selection process, including timelines, conversion rates, and turnover.

• Ensure compliance with current labor legislation in hiring processes.

• Assist in selecting commercial profiles by understanding the needs of the sales department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection of personnel.

• Experience in staff training.

• Experience in commercial areas or processes, preferably in selecting sales profiles.

• Proven experience working in a remote setup.

• Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.

• Proficiency in recruitment software (ATS) and platforms such as Computrabajo, Pandapé, LinkedIn, or others.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Proficient in office software: intermediate-advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Active use of artificial intelligence tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) applied to people management.

• Updated knowledge and tools regarding trends in digital recruitment.

• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
