This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Design and implement a comprehensive global People & Culture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and executive priorities.
• Act as a senior advisor on People & Culture matters to executive leaders, focusing on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and risks related to personnel.
• Drive enterprise-wide initiatives for people transformation.
• Guide and nurture Senior HR Business Partners.
• Ensure consistency in people policies, performance management, talent practices, and frameworks for employee relations.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and the development of leadership pipelines.
• Create and implement competency and skills frameworks.
• Manage the annual performance management cycle.
• Direct global People Operations and employee support services throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Promote process standardization, governance, continuous improvement, and the adoption of HR technology.
• Advocate for an inclusive culture through initiatives focused on engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and belonging.
• Lead the strategy for compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Supervise compensation reviews, job architecture, salary structures, and benefits programs.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning.
• Establish and uphold global governance and compliance frameworks for people-related matters.
• Manage HR compliance programs, audits, policy governance, records, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee governance related to health, safety, occupational health, and employee wellbeing.
• Work with Finance on events in the employee lifecycle, workforce data management, compensation adjustments, and benefits transactions.
• Utilize people analytics and workforce insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee HR technologies, people systems, workforce data quality, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Lead, coach, and cultivate a high-performing global People & Culture team.
• Supervise Senior HR Business Partners, the Senior Manager for Benefits & Compensation, and the Manager of People & Culture Operations.
• A Master’s degree or an international equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple global/international HR functions.
• Demonstrated success in leading HR operations within global, multi-region organizations of similar size (1,500–5,000 employees).
• Experience in guiding organizations through transitions, restructurings, or HR transformations.
• Extensive knowledge of global employment practices, compliance, HR operations, and contemporary talent strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience collaborating with Finance on workforce modeling and cost planning.
• Capacity to balance a strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a lean or evolving HR environment.
• Experience in professional services, technology, shared services, or other global, matrixed settings.
• Candidates must possess the legal right to live and work in the US.
• Willingness to accommodate occasional schedule flexibility for cross-regional collaboration.
• Preferred qualifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other global HR credentials.
