This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance to managers and senior leaders worldwide regarding organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Support managers in navigating ambiguous and high-stakes challenges related to personnel and organization.
• Collaborate with managers, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to formulate workforce and hiring strategies.
• Enhance performance, accountability, and development systems along with management practices.
• Oversee performance management, calibration, promotions, succession planning, compensation planning, engagement, and leadership development for the Public Investor sector.
• Identify organizational and talent-related risks while devising practical, data-driven solutions.
• Assist managers and leaders during reorganizations and major organizational transformations.
• Address sensitive employee relations issues in collaboration with Legal and People Operations.
• Develop and refine scalable People programs, processes, and operational practices.
• Construct communication strategies pertaining to people and organizational initiatives.
• Advocate for YipitData’s culture and leadership expectations.
• Leverage AI and technology to enhance work efficiency and scalability.
• Over 6 years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, Organizational Development, or a similar position within a rapidly growing technology, SaaS, or comparable fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience advising managers and senior leaders, including stakeholders at the Director level and above, on intricate business, organizational, and personnel decisions.
• Strong business acumen that links financial and operational priorities with talent decisions.
• Proven track record in leading organizational design, workforce planning, or talent strategy initiatives that support significant company or departmental growth.
• Experience in building, redesigning, or substantially enhancing People programs or systems.
• Background in leading essential talent processes such as performance management, compensation planning, engagement, succession planning, or leadership development.
• Strong independent judgment regarding sensitive employee relations, performance, and organizational matters.
• Outstanding communication and influence skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to utilize qualitative signals and quantitative insights to formulate recommendations and guide decisions.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams and managing cross-cultural organizational dynamics.
