This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to define and execute the people vision, strategy, and priorities for the US team.
• Provide comprehensive generalist support throughout the US employee lifecycle, encompassing partnering, onboarding, performance management, development, remuneration cycles, engagement, and offboarding.
• Advise and enhance the skills of US squad leads and managers on performance management, navigating difficult conversations, team health, and capability building.
• Take ownership of and continually refine US people programs, processes, and policies, including compliance with multi-state employment laws, benefits, and leave management.
• Collaborate with the Credentialing, Licensing & Privileging Manager and the physician recruitment team to synchronize people processes across the US team.
• Coach and mentor the People Experience team.
• Leverage people data and insights to uncover trends and drive proactive, evidence-based decision-making.
• Advocate for Harrison.ai’s culture and values while spearheading engagement, wellbeing, and belonging initiatives across a geographically distributed US team.
• Manage complex or sensitive employee relations issues, escalating to the Chief People Officer and US counsel as necessary.
• Operate with independence and sound judgment as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director/Founder, US squad, and broader leadership team.
• A minimum of 5 years of generalist HR/People experience, including time spent in a senior or leadership role.
• Must be based in the US.
• Practical experience with multi-state US employment issues, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave management.
• Background in supporting clinician populations, such as radiologists, physicians, or other licensed clinicians, within a health system, teleradiology, or telehealth environment.
• Proven experience in partnering with senior leaders and executives to shape and implement people strategy.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge in talent management, performance, remuneration, engagement, and employee relations.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in empowering others without direct management authority.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling complex, sensitive, and confidential personnel matters.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across three days per week.
• A tertiary qualification in HR, business, psychology, or a related field is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with squad/agile-style or non-hierarchical operating structures and multi-entity MSO/PC frameworks is a plus.
• Exposure to people analytics tools and data-driven decision-making in the HR space is a plus.
