Vice President, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a multi-market region, acting as the senior operational leader.

• Propel regional revenue growth, enhance profitability, ensure operational execution, foster client retention, promote safety, and support talent development.

• Convert enterprise strategy into actionable regional plans while setting performance expectations.

• Utilize data, financial insights, and operational metrics to pinpoint opportunities and boost performance.

• Collaborate with commercial leaders to stimulate organic growth and enhance customer relationships.

• Guarantee outstanding service delivery and explore innovative business opportunities.

• Recruit, nurture, and retain exceptional leaders.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusivity, continuous learning, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

• Coach and mentor district and market leadership teams.

• Promote consistency, standardization, productivity, service quality, safety performance, and financial outcomes.

• Lead organizational change and the execution of strategic business initiatives.

• Work in partnership with Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Safety, and Compliance teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive senior leadership experience with extensive multi-site operational responsibility.

• Proven ability to lead large, geographically diverse teams in a complex service-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sustained revenue growth, profitability enhancement, and operational excellence.

• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing substantial budgets and P&L performance.

• Exceptional capability to lead organizational change, enforce accountability, and implement strategic initiatives.

• Experience in building high-performing leadership teams and developing talent pipelines.

• Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to meld strategic thinking with operational execution in a dynamic environment.
