This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and direct SGP’s enterprise pricing function for Federal and SLED government markets.
• Impact corporate and client growth strategies, competitive positioning, and business development results across key pursuits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, capture teams, and business development executives.
• Lead the creation of compliant and competitive cost/price proposals for FPR, FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus, and IDIQ task orders.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Business Development on capture strategies, PTW modeling, and competitor rate benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain financial models, labor rate structures, indirect rate build-ups, and wrap-rate calculations.
• Supervise cost narratives, BOE documentation, and responses to government pricing inquiries or audits.
• Serve as the pricing subject matter expert for prime contracts, JVs, tribal entities, and subcontractor teaming agreements.
• Engage with clients, prime contractors, and strategic partners to negotiate commercial pricing terms and structures.
• Provide insights to executive leadership on market trends, labor category rate pressures, and macroeconomic changes.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GSA MAS regulations.
• Standardize pricing tools, templates, processes, and maintain historical cost databases.
• Monitor post-award financial performance in collaboration with Finance/Accounting against proposed margins.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing pricing team.
• Establish pricing best practices, governance standards, and scalable lifecycle processes.
• Work with executives to align pricing strategy with corporate growth objectives.
• Develop and enhance SGP’s Pricing line of business, including client expansion, cross-selling, new business opportunities, and scalable operations.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in government contracting pricing, financial modeling, and cost/price volume delivery.
• In-depth understanding of federal and SLED procurement processes.
• Familiarity with GSA Schedules, GWACs, and IDIQs.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Advanced skills in complex financial modeling, rate build-ups, and pricing software/analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in competitive pricing analysis, market intelligence assessments, and PTW strategy development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager are preferred.
