This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a multi-market region to enhance operational performance.
• Take ownership of regional operating results, including revenue growth, profitability, client retention, safety, and operational execution.
• Convert enterprise strategy into actionable regional plans and measurable business outcomes.
• Set priorities and performance expectations while ensuring disciplined execution.
• Utilize data, financial insights, and operational metrics to uncover opportunities and boost performance.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to drive organic growth, enhance customer relationships, and expand strategic partnerships.
• Guarantee exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value creation.
• Discover innovative solutions and emerging business opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
• Coach and mentor district and market leadership teams.
• Promote consistency, standardization, productivity, service quality, safety performance, and financial results.
• Lead organizational change and execute strategic business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Safety, and Compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive senior leadership experience with significant multi-site operational responsibility.
• Proven success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams in a complex service-driven environment.
• Established track record of achieving sustained revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets and P&L performance.
• Exceptional capacity to lead organizational change, foster accountability, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Experience in building high-performing leadership teams and developing talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
