This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the comprehensive marketing strategy for Youth Athletes United’s diverse brand portfolio.
• Create scalable marketing frameworks, processes, systems, standards, and teams.
• Align marketing efforts with revenue objectives, growth goals, and organizational priorities.
• Direct annual and long-term marketing strategies for each brand in the portfolio.
• Establish brand architecture, positioning, messaging, and unique identities.
• Oversee marketing due diligence and integration for newly acquired brands.
• Formulate acquisition strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
• Identify growth opportunities across the portfolio, including shared audiences, promotions, loyalty, and engagement programs.
• Implement customer segmentation, targeting, personalization, and data-driven decision-making practices.
• Manage the enterprise marketing budget and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and supervise CRM, marketing automation, analytics, content management, and other marketing technology platforms.
• Develop strategies for agency and vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage performance expectations.
• Define and report on enterprise marketing KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and ROI.
• Design and establish the marketing organization, recruiting, developing, and mentoring marketing professionals.
• Standardize marketing processes, workflows, playbooks, and project-management tools.
• Perform brand health assessments and competitive analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Franchise Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure marketing aligns with revenue and growth objectives.
• Provide regular updates on marketing performance to executive leadership.
• Report directly to the CEO/President of Youth Athletes United.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role overseeing multi-brand or multi-unit marketing strategy.
• Proven experience in building and scaling marketing functions in a high-growth, acquisition-driven, or franchise organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable customer acquisition, brand expansion, and revenue growth.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, marketing technology, brand management, and data-driven strategies.
• MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in the franchise, youth sports, youth education, or consumer services sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of franchise development marketing and the franchise broker and consultant ecosystem is preferred.
• Experience leading marketing due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
• Ability to swiftly identify brand gaps and create actionable integration roadmaps is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial marketing budgets, demonstrating clear ROI, and presenting performance results to executive leadership is preferred.
