This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel a qualified pipeline across the Provider, MedTech, and Marketplace buyer segments.
• Increase MQLs, SQLs, and converted pipeline in alignment with annual commercial growth objectives.
• Design and oversee the paid channel strategy utilizing LinkedIn, Google, and content syndication.
• Create and implement an enterprise account-based marketing strategy.
• Carry out inbound and outbound demand programs that support specialty AE expansion.
• Achieve $8M+ in marketing-influenced pipeline each quarter.
• Lead the transition from patient outcomes software to an outcomes intelligence platform.
• Develop messaging frameworks tailored to specific segments such as health systems, specialty practices, medical device companies, and professional societies.
• Create specialized content campaigns targeting cardiovascular, neuro/spine, and oncology markets.
• Manage PatientIQ’s brand voice across the website, sales materials, conferences, email, and social media platforms.
• Oversee the strategy for commercial events and field marketing.
• Establish ROI measurement benchmarks for events, paid channels, content programs, and field activities.
• Prioritize investments across ACC, ASCO, NASS, STS, and AAOS events.
• Develop pre- and post-event outreach sequences in collaboration with BDRs and AEs.
• Lead and nurture the marketing team.
• Build the FY2027 marketing team, encompassing hiring plans, job descriptions, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement on content, tools, and messaging infrastructure.
• Formulate and manage the annual marketing plan in partnership with commercial segment leadership.
• Create and uphold the marketing KPI framework.
• Report on marketing performance and pipeline metrics to the CRO and ELT.
• Monitor account-based marketing performance and engagement with enterprise accounts.
• Conduct monthly marketing performance reviews across all three segments.
• Deliver an annual marketing plan that aligns marketing expenditure with over 30% year-over-year commercial growth.
• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or health technology marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years in a VP-level or comparable leadership position.
• Proven track record of owning MQL targets, pipeline contribution metrics, and large-scale demand generation programs.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, covering pipeline operations, MQL attribution, campaign tracking, multi-touch reporting, and CRM integration.
• Experience in developing and managing paid channel initiatives including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and content syndication, with direct ROI accountability.
• Comprehensive marketing leadership across brand, demand generation, content, web, and events.
• Experience leading a small, high-performance team.
• Capacity to lead strategically while executing operationally in a growing organization.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable pipeline results within 90 days of onboarding.
• Marketing experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or clinical technology.
• Understanding of health system purchasing cycles, compliance messaging, and clinical-administrative stakeholder mapping.
• Experience marketing to various buyer segments simultaneously from a unified platform.
• Knowledge of clinical content marketing, registries, value-based care, quality measurement, CMS regulatory programs, PRO-PM, MIPS, and ACO REACH.
• Familiarity with specialty conference marketing.
• Comfortable working within a RevOps-integrated model, accountable for sourced pipeline and MQL-to-SAL conversion rates.
