This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Act as a crucial member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing insights from customers, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business performance data to guide executive decision-making.
• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with growth goals, revenue targets, and market expansion efforts.
• Cultivate and lead a high-performing marketing team through coaching, mentorship, and setting clear performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance strategic account engagement, elevate pipeline quality, reduce sales cycles, and boost win rates.
• Spearhead the Account-Based Marketing strategy and engage target accounts and buying groups through tailored programs.
• Drive demand generation efforts across both enterprise and SMB segments.
• Oversee field marketing and event strategies for conferences, executive programs, customer events, partner interactions, and webinars.
• Provide strategic direction for integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital marketing, content creation, product marketing, sales outreach, and events.
• Manage product marketing activities, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, product launches, pricing support, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance adoption, advocacy, expansion, and retention initiatives.
• Refine market positioning, messaging, and segmentation across various products, segments, and markets.
• Establish performance metrics, attribution models, pipeline reporting, campaign analytics, and executive dashboards.
• Work with Revenue Operations on lead management, attribution, forecasting, funnel conversion, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Enhance performance through experimentation, analytics, customer insights, and AI-driven marketing capabilities.
• Manage marketing budgets and investments to optimize efficiency, pipeline contributions, and long-term growth.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing.
• Executive leadership experience in a SaaS company or an organization that sells complex technical products to enterprise clients.
• Extensive expertise in demand generation for both enterprise and SMB markets, along with scalable digital growth strategies.
• Strong grasp of Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, digital performance marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience in collaborating with enterprise sales teams on strategic account marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that yield measurable pipeline growth and business outcomes.
• Proficient in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive strategy, and enabling sales.
• Experience in crafting integrated field marketing and event strategies.
• Background in partnering with Customer Success to drive engagement, expansion, advocacy, and retention.
• Knowledge of marketing operations, funnel analytics, attribution, marketing automation tools like HubSpot, and performance reporting.
• Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations on measurement, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and achieving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Capability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while maintaining a hands-on approach.
• A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement, experimentation, and achieving measurable business impact.
• Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, NC, NJ, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
