This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Supervise and grow distribution channels for a Field Marketing Organization focused on Medicare.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at improving agent recruitment, training, retention, and overall distribution effectiveness.
• Ensure that distribution activities adhere to regulatory standards and align with company goals.
• Formulate and execute distribution strategies designed to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities within the Medicare sector and develop actionable plans.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for insurance agents and agencies specializing in Medicare.
• Establish programs for agent development to boost performance and ensure compliance.
• Drive sales initiatives for enrollment in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
• Track performance metrics to ensure that sales targets are achieved or surpassed.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to manage audits effectively and mitigate risk exposure.
• Build and lead a high-performing distribution team.
• Provide guidance and leadership to regional sales directors and other team members.
• Foster relationships with carrier partners and key stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Proven experience in developing and executing distribution strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the Medicare market.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training insurance agents and agencies that focus on Medicare products.
• Skilled in establishing agent development programs.
• Proven track record of driving sales for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Familiarity with CMS regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
• Experience working with compliance teams on audits and risk management.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing distribution teams.
• Capacity to provide mentorship and leadership to regional sales directors and team members.
• Experience in cultivating relationships with carrier partners and key stakeholders.
• Background checks, including employment verification, educational verification, criminal history checks, and other job-related inquiries, may be necessary.
