Vice President of Customer Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance WennSoft's Customer Delivery model to achieve standardized, partner-led, FORGE-centered delivery.

• Take ownership of delivery methodology, governance, partner empowerment, AI-driven efficiency, and customer success.

• Guide the organization in scaling the deployment of FORGE and increasing the percentage of customers utilizing FORGE year over year.

• Minimize implementation efforts while safeguarding margins.

• Facilitate the transition of the customer base from Microsoft Dynamics GP before its sunset date in April 2031.

• Promote transformational capabilities instead of merely maintaining the existing model.

• Report directly to the CEO.

• Proven experience in managing customer delivery models and methodologies.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on partner enablement and governance.

• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency through AI and innovative solutions.

• Experience in scaling technology deployments, particularly in a customer-centric environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and experience in guiding migrations is preferred.
