This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish channels with the General Manager (Commercial) and key stakeholders to broaden the accessible market.
• Assist in formulating the go-to-market strategy and design as well as implement sales plans aimed at achieving revenue objectives and fostering business growth.
• Evaluate leads, sales pipelines, performance metrics, and KPIs; initiate actions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with external business development leaders and negotiate beneficial contracts.
• Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, which include employers, payors, unions, and consultants.
• Oversee RFP responses, negotiations, and contract finalizations for CareStation deployments; ensure proper execution of contracts.
• Broaden strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expedite CareStation's market presence.
• Represent OnMed at various industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
• Stay informed about industry changes and market trends to devise sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Management, Finance, and Operations to synchronize sales efforts with priorities and plans.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Strategy teams to gather market intelligence, customer insights, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Ensure effective cross-functional execution during the deployment of CareStation contracts and unit implementation.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
• Proven ability to establish, influence, and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, strategic partners, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Outstanding oral, written, and executive-level communication skills.
• Advanced skills in persuasive communication and negotiation, encompassing the management of complex enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Strategic thinkers with a track record in designing and executing market expansion, channel development, and revenue growth strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, self-assurance, and initiative.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of tackling highly complex challenges and issues effectively.
• Ability to articulate the clinical and financial advantages of virtual care solutions to employers.
• Adaptable and resilient in response to change.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role, including at least 5+ years of experience selling to employers or unions.
• Demonstrated success in selling to employers, particularly in HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, or Corporate Development roles.
• Extensive experience working with unions and benefits consultants.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, and consultative selling methods.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and producing data-driven sales reports.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for work-related purposes.
