This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more states.
• Act as the primary medical and scientific strategic leader for psychiatry-focused clinical study initiatives, encompassing business development, proposal assistance, and bid defense meetings.
• Serve as the key medical expert in psychiatry, offering specialized medical and scientific insights on clinical development programs for both internal teams and external clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and implement study designs, protocol development, and patient recruitment strategies.
• Provide strategic medical and scientific guidance for psychiatry-related consulting projects.
• Enhance awareness of Premier's expertise in the psychiatry/neurology sector by engaging as a subject matter expert in marketing initiatives and scientific engagement opportunities.
• MD with board certification in psychiatry.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical practice experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in clinical development, preferably within a sponsor organization.
• In-depth knowledge of psychiatry drug development; experience with devices is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of GCP regulations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strategic mindset coupled with strong business acumen.
