This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Marketing Intelligence & Strategy department as the hub for market insights, content strategy, and investment intelligence.
• Incorporate data into strategic marketing initiatives and content aimed at influencing the buying journey.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demand & Growth to create yearly Global Health Marketing plans.
• Manage the unified attribution model that connects marketing investments to pipeline, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Analyze audience intelligence, including clinician behaviors, student learning trends, and institutional purchasing paths.
• Evaluate competitive positioning within the Clinical Solutions and Education sectors.
• Establish the content strategy direction regarding what content is produced, for whom, and at which stage of the buying journey.
• Generate competitive intelligence and conduct market mapping.
• Convert market signals into effective positioning and investment strategies.
• Create an automation roadmap to enhance content operations while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CMO and senior leadership team.
• Shape the roadmap, budget, and organizational decisions backed by compelling evidence.
• Over 12 years of marketing experience with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategy.
• Extensive knowledge in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Strong instincts for content strategy development.
• Experience in building cross-functional intelligence teams with product, sales, finance, and external research partners.
• Outstanding skills in synthesis and communication.
• Proficiency with AI marketing tools, personalization platforms, and automated content operations.
• Leadership experience in building and managing analytical and strategic marketing teams.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or health technology sector.
• Experience with marketing programs covering both B2B and B2C markets.
• Familiarity with advanced marketing analytics tools such as Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Background in market research or audience intelligence within a research-focused organization.
• Understanding of the impact of AI on content creation, personalization, and marketing operations, including governance aspects.
