This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.
• Foster positive relationships with Equity Compensation clients and internal Fidelity staff to enhance service delivery.
• Assume overall responsibility for a portfolio of institutional equity compensation plan clients.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and steer service teams towards achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
• Enhance operational efficiency, plan profitability, client retention, loyalty, revenue growth, and the adoption of products and services.
• Oversee client satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
• Assess revenue and expense metrics while implementing proactive measures for profitability.
• Formulate strategies and negotiate contract renewals and formal rebid processes.
• Collaborate with business partners to boost households and conversions while facilitating education and communication for participants and clients.
• Conduct formal plan reviews to address client needs and identify opportunities for enhanced services.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of equity compensation plans to provide consultative support to clients.
• Assist with corporate actions including mergers, acquisitions, splits, divestitures, and spin-offs.
• Inspire, motivate, and support members of the client service team.
• Preferred college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Capability to obtain Series 7 & 63/65 licenses within the first three months of employment.
• Over 10 years of experience in Relationship Management or Client Service, ideally in the Equity Compensation/Retirement/401K sector.
• A transparent and credible presence within the Equity Compensation field.
• Certified Equity Professional designation is advantageous.
• Strategic insight into comprehensive employee benefit solutions for large organizations.
• Strong communication, project management, consulting, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to function effectively in a matrix management setup.
• Proven ability to establish credibility at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in managing client relationships across HR, Total Rewards, Compensation, Treasury, Legal, and Procurement sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and adeptness at handling conflicting priorities.
• Competent in problem-solving, presentation, influence, negotiation, emotional intelligence, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
