Vice President, Managed Services Organization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for managed services operations and convert organizational strategy into operational services that can scale.

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of operational strategies, including the expansion of services offered to both affiliated and non-affiliated client organizations.

• Supervise the delivery of managed services, encompassing practice management and operations, revenue cycle management, access and scheduling, call center operations, care coordination and population health support, information technology and electronic health record optimization and analytics, credentialing and provider onboarding, as well as compliance, risk, and quality support.

• Establish and uphold service standards, performance metrics, service level expectations, and accountability frameworks.

• Cultivate operational relationships with client organizations and provide operational expertise in proposals, implementations, onboarding, and service offerings.

• Oversee productivity, cost management, margin performance, service efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial performance reporting in collaboration with finance leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and performance enhancement efforts.

• Build and lead the managed services leadership team, including developing succession plans and leadership pipelines.

• Collaborate with compliance, legal, quality, physician, and clinical leaders to support regulatory and contractual obligations, mitigate operational risks, and ensure high-quality service delivery that is compliant.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field is required.

• A master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations is required.

• Experience in leading multi-site or system-level operations, ideally within medical group practice management, MSOs, or health system shared services.

• Demonstrated ability to scale operations and provide services to multiple client organizations.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing complex budgets and operational performance.
