This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and implement a multi-year global learning strategy that aligns with business objectives, growth initiatives, client commitments, and workforce requirements.
• Create the L&D operating framework, encompassing roles, decision-making rights, governance, standards, and accountability across various countries, business units, and client programs.
• Provide guidance to executive leaders on workforce capabilities, emerging skill requirements, learning investments, and operational readiness risks.
• Convert business priorities into annual learning, resource allocation, and measurement plans.
• Direct learning strategies for new-hire training, onboarding, cross-training, upskilling, reskilling, and continuous performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to enhance speed to proficiency, quality, productivity, customer experience, compliance, and program readiness.
• Create launch and transition playbooks for new clients, products, technologies, sites, and markets.
• Identify capability deficiencies using operational data, quality metrics, learner feedback, and client insights, and initiate corrective actions.
• Design and implement leadership development programs and career pathways for critical roles and high-potential talent.
• Collaborate on succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline development.
• Enhance manager capabilities to coach performance, lead change, develop talent, and cultivate high-trust teams.
• Spearhead the adoption of LMS and learning experience platforms, digital content ecosystems, knowledge tools, simulations, and learning analytics.
• Develop an AI-enabled learning roadmap and enhance capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and digital customer experience.
• Set enterprise standards for instructional design, facilitation, assessment, certification, curriculum governance, and content management.
• Oversee instructor-led, virtual, digital, blended, and self-directed learning experiences.
• Create a global learning scorecard to assess learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Track metrics such as time to proficiency, knowledge retention, quality, productivity, attrition, customer experience, completion rates, leadership effectiveness, and return on learning investment.
• Provide performance reports, insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Manage the L&D budget and vendor portfolio.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global L&D team.
• Design an efficient organizational structure with appropriate spans of control and clear coverage across sites, countries, and operations.
• Promote accountability, innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Select, manage, and evaluate external learning partners, technology providers, consultants, and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience will be taken into account.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, organizational development, talent development, or related fields, with significant senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success in leading learning functions across multiple geographies, business units, or large operational settings.
• Experience in developing and executing enterprise learning strategies that yield measurable business and operational results.
• Strong background in supporting customer-facing, operationally intensive, or high-volume workforces.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into clear capability priorities, practical learning solutions, and measurable outcomes.
• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, leadership development, learning technology, and learning analytics.
• Experience in effectively collaborating with senior executives, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, change leadership, and talent development skills.
• Preferred: Experience in BPO, customer experience, contact center, shared services, technology-enabled services, or similarly complex service environments.
• Preferred: Experience supporting a global, multicultural workforce across North America, Latin America, and the Philippines.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, financial services, e-commerce, or other regulated and complex industries.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing or optimizing an LMS, learning ecosystem, or enterprise learning technology platform.
• Preferred: Experience in developing AI, automation, analytics, or digital-transformation capability programs.
