Senior SAP Instructional Designer, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform assessments to identify training needs and develop course objectives based on the findings.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to collect content for blended learning solutions.

• Create and develop materials for instructor-led training and storyboards for eLearning.

• Construct engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.

• Develop knowledge checks, assessments, and evaluations for courses.

• Manage content reviews, revisions, and approval processes with stakeholders.

• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to equip internal trainers.

• Monitor progress, identify issues proactively, and propose solutions.

• Design and obtain approval for a role-specific SAP training curriculum.

• Prepare internal trainers to effectively deliver content through Train-the-Trainer sessions.

• Implement assessments to evaluate learner readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical development experience with Articulate Storyline.

• Over 3 years of experience with major ERP systems.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP modules.

• Experience in training others on instructional design techniques or SAP applications, including Train-the-Trainer.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with S/4HANA projects (preferred).

• Background in professional services or Big 4 consulting (preferred).

• Experience in classroom training delivery (preferred).

• Skills in storyboarding and developing WBT/CBT eLearning (preferred).

• Knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with LMS / SCORM publishing.
