This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee ServiceNow initiatives, engaging with clients and users to pinpoint and convert functional requirements.
• Partner with ServiceNow development teams to conceptualize, create, implement, and manage ServiceNow applications.
• Convert intricate business requirements into technical designs and solutions utilizing ServiceNow.
• Document current-state processes and challenges, and develop future-state processes.
• Maintain regular communication with users and stakeholders throughout all phases of projects and development.
• Team up with technical teams to build, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Keep abreast of ServiceNow products, features, and industry developments to foster innovation.
• Perform technical evaluations and offer suggestions for enhancing existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Create functional work products, such as process maps, design documents, and communications.
• Assist in functional product testing and training initiatives.
• Develop technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Must have and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates need to secure an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls is essential.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps.
• Comprehensive technology consulting experience, encompassing requirement definition, leading client meetings, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conducting training.
• Experience working within an Agile environment is required.
• One (1) or more ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) is preferred.
• Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications are also preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Capability to work effectively within a team setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals at all levels.
• Keen attention to detail is crucial.
• Awareness of other low-code and no-code platforms, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Practical experience in configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• General understanding of financial management aspects, particularly in a federal context.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
