Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize virtual events for Bonterra's nonprofit clientele.

• Lead scripted live webinars by following established agendas and lesson plans.

• Create educational videos utilizing templates, scripts, and AI production tools such as Synthesia.

• Implement QA checklists prior to content being customer-facing.

• Ensure that LMS content remains accurate and up-to-date.

• Address customer inquiries during live sessions and escalate complex or off-script queries.

• Notify proactively when deliverable timelines are jeopardized.

• Collaborate with team members and seek clarifying questions to meet customer needs.

• Apply asynchronous learning principles to design self-paced content.

• Capability to evaluate training needs through discussions with stakeholders.

• Ability to independently conduct basic needs assessments.

• Proficiency in creating training content from designs, templates, and scripts.

• Familiarity with asynchronous learning principles.

• Skill in facilitating live virtual training sessions using detailed guides.

• Competence in structuring standard content for self-paced use, including knowledge assessments.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfort in presenting to large virtual audiences.

• Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.

• Experience with AI production tools such as Synthesia and Claude.

• Commitment to ensuring quality assurance for AI-generated content.

• Ability to independently learn new tools.

• Clear and proactive communication skills.

• Capacity to complete deliverables promptly and identify potential risks.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Stable internet connection and a professional home office setup.

• Capability to present and facilitate remotely for extended periods.

• Proficiency with Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms and virtual classroom management.
