This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create and execute strategies for talent enablement, learning, organizational effectiveness, and cultural development.
• Convert business and talent priorities into actionable organizational capability and development plans.
• Offer insights and recommendations regarding organizational capability, readiness, leadership development, and culture.
• Formulate annual roadmaps while managing budgets, resources, vendors, and program priorities.
• Spearhead the enterprise learning strategy, leadership development, manager effectiveness, employee development, and essential capability programs.
• Transform talent reviews, succession priorities, workforce requirements, and capability gaps into effective learning and development solutions.
• Facilitate career development, high-potential programs, succession planning, and internal mobility frameworks.
• Provide managers with the necessary tools, resources, and learning experiences.
• Supervise the learning technology roadmap, including platforms, accessibility, scalability, reporting, and employee experience.
• Lead efforts in organizational design, operating models, capability assessments, and organizational transformation.
• Analyze organizational challenges using business, workforce, talent, and employee data.
• Design and implement interventions that enhance clarity, collaboration, accountability, and overall effectiveness.
• Define and nurture the culture strategy, values activation, rituals, recognition, and employee experience initiatives.
• Manage employee listening programs and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for learning, organizational development, and culture.
• Build, guide, and enhance the learning, organizational effectiveness, and culture team.
• Oversee vendor and consultant relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.
• Create tools, frameworks, workflows, and governance standards across Talent programs.
• Develop and execute change strategies for talent initiatives, transformations, restructurings, and operating model changes.
• Assist with stakeholder assessments, leadership alignment, communications, manager enablement, adoption planning, and integration activities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least ten years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, culture, or employee experience.
• Proven track record in designing and scaling enterprise learning, leadership development, or organizational development programs within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience in supporting career development, succession planning, talent development, or internal mobility initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in managing substantial organizational change, restructuring, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in leading teams, managing vendors, and overseeing complex programs.
• Experience in a global or multi-site organization is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to link talent, learning, and organizational priorities to business outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership development, manager effectiveness, and organizational development practices.
• Familiarity with organizational design, organizational diagnosis, and change enablement.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical programs, tools, and actionable implementation plans.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in utilizing workforce, learning, talent, and employee insights to inform decisions.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Experience with learning, talent, survey, and HR technology platforms.
• Strong capabilities in project, program, vendor, and budget management.
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive employee, talent, and organizational information.
