This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding mobile technology

• Provide remote customer service

• Participate in paid remote training

• Work from Monday to Saturday with one rotating day off each week

• Manage remote work during the established schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in customer service (formal or informal)

• Completed secondary education

• Own PC or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM

• Operating system: Windows 11 PRO, Enterprise, or Workstation

• Minimum processor of 6th generation or Ryzen 3 and above

• Wired internet connection (no WiFi)

• Webcam

• Headset with functional microphone

• MacBooks are not accepted

• Skills for remote work
