Vice President, Human Resources – GWS Tool Group

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation of the People Strategy and ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business goals.

• Cultivate the HR team and create accountability for HR priorities and organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with executive and divisional leaders on strategic planning, organizational development, and workforce transformation.

• Enhance organizational effectiveness, boost employee engagement, foster accountability, and promote a high-performance culture.

• Manage employee benefits, retirement plans, payroll, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.

• Offer strategic advice on intricate employee relations issues.

• Act as the representative of GWS with external partners and stakeholders.

• Direct the HR team while overseeing daily operations, staff development, and service delivery.

• Work closely with the GWS management team, Machining HR management team, executive leadership, and divisional heads.

• Report directly to the President.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant and progressive experience in HR.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Capability to communicate clearly and constructively.
