Vice President, Human Resources

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a small HR team responsible for Strategic HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.

• Provide coaching and strategic advice to executive and C-suite leaders.

• Establish essential HR infrastructure, encompassing job architecture, annual performance review processes, and commission plan design.

• Influence and cultivate company culture across various brands and divisions.

• Assist in unifying six distinct brands into one cohesive Elite365 Family of Brands.

• Create and execute learning and talent development initiatives, including virtual/remote learning delivery.

• Collaborate with division leaders on organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and other HR challenges.

• Implement a hands-on HR strategy along with daily HR operations.

• Travel roughly 20% of the year to support remote teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• SHRM-CP certification is mandatory.

• SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in coaching and developing executive/C-suite leaders.

• A successful history of building HR frameworks, including culture initiatives, annual review cycles, job architecture, and commission plan design.

• Expertise in designing and implementing learning and talent development programs, particularly in virtual learning environments.

• Hands-on approach; adept at working without extensive HR team support or resources.

• Experience collaborating with a private equity firm that has a formal board of directors.

• Proficiency in public speaking, both virtually and in-person.

• Willingness and capacity to travel approximately 20% of the year.

• Experience in the healthcare staffing sector is preferred but not required.

• Strong operational experience is a plus.

• Financial literacy and comfort with budgeting are advantageous.
