This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, leaves, and general HR matters.
β’ Oversee and coordinate daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes throughout the employee life cycle.
β’ Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring both accuracy and compliance.
β’ Collaborate with managers on headcount monitoring, job requisition approvals, and internal mobility processes.
β’ Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and relevant metrics.
β’ Manage and document leaves of absence, ensuring accurate paperwork, timely communication, and compliance with regulations.
β’ Assist with compliance audits, recordkeeping, and updates on employment laws.
β’ Contribute to initiatives that foster company culture and enhance employee engagement.
β’ Engage in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing HR workflows and enhancing the employee experience.
β’ Execute additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, a related field, or an HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) along with work-related experience.
β’ Proficient in using HRIS platforms, with a preference for Workday experience.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage various tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proven judgment, planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong grasp of HR principles and best practices.
β’ Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour laws, health and safety).
β’ Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
β’ Proficient in Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
β’ Ability to lead projects and initiatives from conceptualization to completion.
β’ Strong service orientation with a consultative approach to supporting employees and leaders.
