This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a portfolio of clients through various communication methods, including phone, email, and both onsite and virtual meetings.
• Provide operational and strategic HR support across a range of industries.
• Offer hands-on consultancy services, including employee relations casework, project execution, and proactive assistance.
• Formulate long-term people strategies, carry out HR audits, and develop customized people plans.
• Oversee cases related to disciplinary actions, grievances, capability issues, absence management, TUPE, redundancy, and organizational restructuring.
• Provide guidance on family-friendly policies, flexible working arrangements, and issues related to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Assist with recruitment initiatives, including the creation of job descriptions, advertising, candidate selection, testing, and psychometric evaluations.
• Design and improve onboarding, induction, and probation review processes.
• Create and deliver tailored HR training programs.
• Advise on compensation structures, employee benefits, reward strategies, and equitable pay reviews.
• Manage exit interviews, settlement agreements, early conciliation support, and documentation for offers.
• Represent Impact HR at networking events and identify opportunities for business development.
• Participate in internal consultancy processes and share expertise with colleagues.
• A robust generalist HR background; preferably with consultancy or multi-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Excellent consulting and coaching abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Competency in project management.
• Proficient in MS 365.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and HR software.
• A solutions-oriented and commercially aware mindset.
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality protocols.
• Willingness to travel for client site visits as necessary.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team.
