This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, leaves, and general HR matters.
β’ Oversee and coordinate daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Maintain and regularly update employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal processes as well as regulatory standards.
β’ Collaborate with managers on headcount monitoring, job requisition approvals, and internal movement of employees.
β’ Prepare and evaluate HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to facilitate data-informed decision-making.
β’ Manage and track leaves of absence, ensuring proper documentation, timely communication, and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
β’ Assist with compliance audits, maintain records, and keep updated on employment law changes across applicable jurisdictions.
β’ Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture and employee engagement programs.
β’ Engage in continuous improvement projects to optimize HR workflows and improve the employee experience.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field, or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), or relevant work experience.
β’ Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
β’ Proven skills in judgment, planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal relations.
β’ Strong grasp of HR principles and best practices.
β’ Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour, and health and safety.
β’ Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
β’ Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
β’ Ability to oversee projects and initiatives from inception through to completion.
β’ Strong service-oriented mindset with a consultative approach to supporting both employees and leaders.
