This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, nurture, and motivate a worldwide pre-sales organization.
• Design and refine the organizational structure, roles, operational model, and resource distribution.
• Align pre-sales resources, priorities, and investments with revenue objectives and market prospects.
• Establish uniform processes, methodologies, and best practices throughout global pre-sales functions.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Create transparent career development pathways across the organization.
• Develop performance metrics and operational insights.
• Ensure that Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Subject Matter Expert, and Center of Excellence teams have the necessary tools, training, and support for success.
• Collaborate with Product Management to gather customer, market, and competitive feedback that influences product direction and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with Professional Services to enhance implementation readiness, solution scoping, and customer transitions.
• Establish scalable processes for demo management, solution architecture, statements of work, and strategic deal support.
• Manage departmental planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Champion initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Advise executive leadership on pre-sales strategy, organizational requirements, and market trends.
• Travel as necessary to support employees, business initiatives, leadership meetings, and company events.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or similar SaaS leadership roles.
• Significant responsibilities in people leadership.
• Experience in leading and scaling global pre-sales organizations within a SaaS context.
• Proven experience in managing managers and leading geographically diverse teams.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise software sales processes.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, coaching, talent development, and organizational design.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert company growth objectives into effective organizational strategies.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
• Experience in developing operational metrics, capacity planning models, and organizational performance evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in high-growth, global SaaS organizations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the Risk Management software market is a plus, though not mandatory.
