Vice President – Franchise Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of the operational strategy for the Superior Fence & Rail franchise system.

• Achieve financial goals for the business unit while enhancing the economic performance of franchisees.

• Provide exceptional training, coaching, and support to franchisees.

• Set the strategic direction and ensure alignment of brand objectives with the goals of Empower Brands.

• Oversee system-wide operational functions and establish policies, standards, and service offerings.

• Facilitate proactive training, coaching, and mentoring for franchisees.

• Enhance franchisee performance, unit expansion, and profitability.

• Manage the onboarding and integration process for new franchisees.

• Oversee the annual budget and EBITDA objectives.

• Track financial performance to ensure alignment with monthly and annual targets.

• Develop metrics, reporting, and accountability systems.

• Supervise the development and expansion of the commercial irrigation division.

• Collaborate with Sales & Training, partner with Marketing, and support training initiatives, regional meetings, and conventions.

• Recruit, develop, and lead Franchise Business Coaches and other functional leaders.

• Build organizational capabilities and promote accountability and success among franchisees.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, brand standards, and ethical business practices.

• Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees to foster long-term success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or home service operations.

• Proven track record in driving business performance, executing operations, and developing teams.

• Strong financial understanding, including P&L management and KPI-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence performance across a distributed network.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
