This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure precise presentation and tracking.
• Update and modify pitch decks along with related presentations.
• Generate revenue by distinguishing WEG’s offerings and value proposition.
• Acquire new clients and enhance assets under management.
• Provide education to clients on planning and investment topics through individual and group presentations.
• Leverage WEG’s planning framework and model to finalize mid- and high-net-worth cases.
• Assist financial advisory teams in expanding WEG’s local footprint.
• Ensure that client service and retention standards are upheld.
• Actively reach out to and qualify high-net-worth prospective clients through direct marketing channels.
• Meet with high-net-worth investors to assess their financial circumstances and requirements.
• Highlight the advantages of collaborating with a WEG Advisory team.
• Aid in the creation, delivery, execution, and management of intricate financial plans and investment proposals.
• Ensure continuous client service is provided post-closing and during transitions.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the investment management and/or financial advisory sector.
• Proven capability to cultivate and manage client relationships.
• Preferred experience with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Scottrade.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in financial advisory and wealth management.
• History of securing referrals from personal networks and converting those referrals into new business opportunities.
• Proficient in consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and selling.
• Willingness to travel independently within the assigned market, up to 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and analytical abilities.
• Proven time management and organizational skills in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 license required.
• CFP designation is preferred.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to organize documents in high or low cabinets.
• Proficient in using telephone and computer systems.
