This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Take full ownership of the Automated Enforcement and Tolls and Violations portfolios from inception to conclusion across the international business.
β’ Assume complete responsibility for the technology, delivery, support, and profit and loss associated with each portfolio.
β’ Ensure that each portfolio has a designated technical and commercial leader; assess and nurture those leaders directly.
β’ Manage coordination between APAC and European operations wherever regional tasks intersect.
β’ Oversee the international support organization and guarantee global support coverage.
β’ Design and implement an operating cadence that outlines meeting timing, decision rights, and asynchronous communication.
β’ Establish follow-the-sun handoffs for support, incident response, and delivery tasks.
β’ Maintain an in-person presence strategy across APAC and Europe.
β’ Ensure that local leaders are well-versed in their markets' regulatory environments, customer expectations, and competitive landscapes.
β’ Enable tailored go-to-market and service models appropriate for local markets.
β’ Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance issues across APAC, Europe, and the UK.
β’ Collaborate with software delivery and enterprise architecture leaders to guarantee high-performance, high-availability systems and consistent technology standards.
β’ Work in partnership with Innovation and Emerging Technology and Software Delivery leadership to expand domestic capabilities internationally.
β’ Report on portfolio health, P&L performance, and regional risks to the SVP of Software Engineering and executive stakeholders.
β’ 12+ years of experience in technology or product leadership roles.
β’ A minimum of 5 years managing an international or multi-region business with direct profit and loss accountability.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
β’ An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
β’ Proven success in leading teams and businesses across various regions and time zones.
β’ Direct experience managing a business unit or portfolio's profit and loss, including pricing, cost management, and investment trade-off decisions.
β’ Working knowledge of government procurement, data privacy, and automated enforcement or tolling regulations in APAC, European, and UK markets.
β’ Experience in automated enforcement, tolling, violations processing, or similar government-facing, transaction-heavy technology businesses is highly preferred.
β’ A strong track record of identifying, developing, and holding local leaders accountable.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel regularly and extensively throughout APAC and Europe.
β’ A hands-on background in software development and fluency in modern architectural patterns.
β’ Ability to lead across regions and time zones with minimal or no overlapping working hours.
β’ Comfort operating in diverse business cultures and regulatory environments.
β’ Competence in managing a complete portfolio lifecycle from technology strategy to production support.
