This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.
• Oversee the designated division and district offices
• Formulate and implement strategies that empower facilities, personnel, and processes to provide outstanding services to customers across the nation
• Foster ongoing improvements and enhance efficiency throughout the division
• Collaborate with sales, operational excellence, and technology teams to prepare for increased volume and the introduction of new services
• Encourage positive customer interactions and guarantee a robust service experience
• Maintain regular communication with sales to comprehend and meet customer expectations
• Partner with the Vice President for Operational Excellence to promote operational enhancements and efficiencies
• Offer daily supervision for districts concerning personnel and service provision
• Set performance indicators and metrics to monitor progress and proactively identify issues
• Lead extensive, intricate initiatives across a wide network
• Create budgets and devise and implement strategic plans
• Inspire and manage change among leadership, colleagues, and direct reports
• Residence within the territory: Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland is required
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in a management position, supervising Operations and process improvement functions within an organization
• Experience in the Healthcare/Medical Device industry is essential
• Strong financial acumen, including previous profit and loss responsibilities
• Proven ability to lead and implement change among leadership, peers, and direct reports
• A demonstrated history as an operational leader
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time
• Proven track record in establishing and executing successful multi-year growth strategies
• Proficient in developing budgets and preparing/executing strategic plans
• Exhibits highly effective internal and external communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Shows a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and a rigorous, metrics-driven management approach
• Proven ability to oversee large, complex initiatives across an extensive network and ensure their completion
• History of continuous improvement and familiarity with Six Sigma methodology
• Capable of performing under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
• May be required to obtain specific vaccinations or provide evidence of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company policies
