Vice President, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a high-achieving FP&A team composed of around 25 finance professionals.

• Oversee and enhance enterprise-wide budgeting, strategic forecasting, and operational planning for a rapidly growing SaaS organization.

• Develop and execute financial models along with AI-driven analytics to monitor SaaS metrics, improve unit economics, and support strategic initiatives.

• Propel the automation of end-to-end processes across financial systems.

• Sustain scalable, real-time business intelligence solutions.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to interpret financial data into actionable operational strategies.

• Provide insights into financial performance for internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors.

• Evaluate ARR, NRR, GRR, churn rates, customer acquisition costs, and other SaaS metrics.

• Ensure precise and timely financial reporting, which includes P&L forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario planning.

• Revolutionize planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to facilitate strategic decisions and company growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including substantial leadership experience within SaaS or high-growth technology firms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• An MBA or CPA is highly preferred.

• Experience in managing and developing a team of over 20 finance professionals.

• Proven track record of automating financial processes and implementing business intelligence solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze intricate SaaS metrics and provide strategic financial insights.

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for complex enterprise modeling and forecasting.

• Strong operational understanding of NetSuite ERP.

• Proficient in querying and transforming data from Azure SQL or Synapse.

• Expertise in creating executive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with Python, Azure Logic Apps, or integration platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.

• Understanding of Salesforce data structures and CPQ integration.

• Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.

• Strong teamwork skills across Sales Ops, Product, and IT.
