This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Formulate and implement divisional sales strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth, acquiring patients, and expanding market presence.
• Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate divisional leaders and sales teams.
• Take ownership of revenue, patient acquisition, consultation conversion, case acceptance, contact rate, pipeline, and forecast accuracy metrics.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive insights, referral behaviors, patient patterns, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to synchronize demand generation and referral strategies.
• Create sales budgets, forecasts, and plans for resource allocation.
• Establish and implement sales processes, standards, best practices, and performance management systems.
• Deliver forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance reports to the Division President and executive leadership.
• Assist in operational initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, scheduling efficiency, resource utilization, and center performance.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Regional Directors, Clinical Leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Support technology solutions, process enhancements, clinical innovations, and evidence-based practices.
• Build, lead, attract, retain, and nurture a top-tier sales organization.
• Mentor Regional Directors and General Managers while aiding in succession planning.
• Provide guidance to leadership regarding hiring, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations in collaboration with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Extensive senior sales leadership experience overseeing a division with 25 or more locations and over 300 employees.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and refining sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance revenue growth, expand market share, acquire patients, and improve case acceptance rates.
• Experience in developing high-performing sales teams and scalable sales methodologies.
• Proficient in utilizing data, CRM systems, analytics tools, and market intelligence.
• Familiarity with sales budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Competence in establishing and enforcing sales processes, standards, best practices, and performance management frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with operational, clinical, marketing, finance, and executive leadership.
• Capacity to lead through transitions and translate business goals into effective go-to-market strategies.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time.
