This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Formulate and implement divisional sales strategies aimed at achieving year-over-year revenue growth, patient acquisition, and market expansion.
• Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets across all locations.
• Guide, mentor, and develop divisional leaders and sales teams.
• Manage sales performance metrics, including revenue, patient acquisition, consultation conversion, case acceptance, contact rates, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
• Evaluate market dynamics, competitive intelligence, referral trends, and patient behaviors.
• Collaborate with Marketing to synchronize demand-generation strategies with growth objectives.
• Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Establish and implement sales processes, standards, best practices, and frameworks for performance management.
• Deliver forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance reports to the Division President and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance patient experience, scheduling efficiency, resource utilization, and center-level performance.
• Promote operational best practices, technological solutions, and process enhancements.
• Lead revenue growth planning and forecasting, collaborating with Finance and Operations on budgets and financial strategies.
• Track financial performance, sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and profitable growth.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders on growth strategies, patient outcomes, clinical excellence, innovation, and dental technology.
• Build and nurture a top-tier sales organization while coaching Regional Directors and General Managers.
• Attract, retain, and cultivate sales talent, including Traveling Patient Education Consultants.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, accountable, continuous-improvement, and patient-centered culture.
• Develop pathways for growth and succession planning.
• Consult with leadership on hiring, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations alongside HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing sales strategies for sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, patient acquisition, and case acceptance performance.
• Strong capability to lead sales organizations and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in building scalable sales processes, capabilities, and accountability systems.
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective go-to-market strategies.
• Skilled in leveraging data, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and market intelligence.
• Experience managing sales budgets, forecasting processes, and resource allocation plans.
• Capability to establish and enforce sales processes, standards, best practices, and performance management frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with the Division President, Regional Directors, General Managers, Clinical Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in supporting operational improvement, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Ability to align growth strategies with exceptional patient outcomes and clinical excellence.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time.
