This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead strategic growth initiatives to enhance MicroTech’s influence in key federal markets.
• Discover, shape, and secure valuable federal opportunities.
• Cultivate robust relationships with essential government stakeholders.
• Propel opportunity identification, capture strategies, and contract victories across agencies such as HHS, DHS, and DOW.
• Identify and assess strategic opportunities within targeted federal agencies.
• Develop and oversee a qualified pipeline exceeding $250M.
• Utilize executive-level connections with program offices and acquisition leaders.
• Lead capture initiatives from initial market intelligence through to contract award.
• Formulate win themes, competitive positioning, and teaming strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with proposal, technical, pricing, and contracts teams to create winning solutions.
• Forge strategic partnerships with prominent federal integrators and technology firms.
• Negotiate teaming agreements that align with desired contract vehicles.
• Represent MicroTech at industry events and federal customer engagements.
• Report directly to the CEO and/or COO.
• Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline ranging from $250M to $500M.
• Achieve over $50M in annual contract awards.
• Broaden MicroTech’s presence within targeted federal agencies.
• Enhance prime contract positioning through strategic alliances.
• 12 to 15+ years of experience in federal business development and capture within the GovCon sector.
• Proven track record of generating over $50M in annual federal contract awards.
• Experience in leading capture efforts for substantial federal opportunities valued between $50M and $250M.
• Established connections within agencies such as HHS, DHS, Air Force, Army, or equivalent organizations.
• Strong comprehension of federal acquisition processes and the FAR.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Familiarity with contract vehicles like GSA MAS, OASIS/OASIS+, DHS, and DOW IDIQs.
• Background in IT modernization, AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or advanced analytics.
• Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance is preferred.
• Executive-level compensation with performance-related incentives linked to contract victories.
