Vice President, Executive Planning Consultant – Central Market

šŸ“‹ Description

• Act as a trusted financial consultant for senior executives and C-suite leaders within key Workplace benefit plan clients.

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a select group of executives.

• Offer tailored financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment advice, and asset management assistance.

• Incorporate workplace benefits and plan provisions into all-encompassing financial plans.

• Provide ongoing consultation and manage relationships to enhance the client experience.

• Collaborate with managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates.

• Foster client engagement, drive business growth, and enhance client satisfaction.

• Present executive services offerings during business review meetings.

• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events.

• Identify methods to increase assets under management and broaden client relationships.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Required to possess Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

• Must obtain an insurance license within six months of employment.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Preference for candidates with a Certified Financial Planner (CFPĀ®) designation.

• It is highly encouraged to complete CEP Level 1 certification within the first year of employment.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning is required.

• A proven record of sales achievements in the financial services sector is essential.

• Experience with senior executives and employee benefit plans is desired.

• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.

• Strong skill set in assessing clients' unique financial needs and recommending customized investment and planning solutions.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• In-depth knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills in both individual and group environments.

• Strong capabilities in territory management with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.
