This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as a reliable financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within key Workplace benefit plan clients.
• Serve as the main relationship manager for a chosen group of executives.
• Offer personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment advice, and asset management assistance.
• Incorporate workplace benefits and plan details into well-rounded financial plans.
• Provide continuous consultation and relationship management to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Work in collaboration with managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates.
• Enhance client engagement, foster business growth, and boost client satisfaction.
• Present executive services offerings during business evaluations.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and community events.
• Develop strategies to increase assets under management and broaden client relationships.
• Deliver planning and guidance for Fidelity's Workplace Investing executive clients within the Personal Investing business unit.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are mandatory.
• Ability to secure an insurance license within six months of hiring.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is preferred.
• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is highly encouraged.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct investment sales and financial planning is required.
• Proven record of sales achievements in the financial services sector.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and managing employee benefit plans.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong capability to evaluate clients' individual financial needs and recommend customized investment and planning solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• In-depth knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills in both individual and group settings.
• Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
