Vice President, Executive Planning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within prominent Workplace benefit plan clients.

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a designated group of executives.

• Offer personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment guidance, and asset management assistance.

• Incorporate workplace benefits and plan provisions into holistic financial plans.

• Provide ongoing consultation and relationship management to enhance client experience.

• Collaborate with managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates.

• Foster client engagement, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Present executive services offerings during business reviews.

• Generate new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events.

• Develop strategies to increase assets under management and broaden client relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are mandatory.

• Must be able to secure an insurance license within six months of hiring.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is preferred.

• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first year of employment is highly recommended.

• At least 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning is necessary.

• A proven history of sales success in the financial services sector is essential.

• Experience working with senior executives and employee benefit plans is required.

• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.

• Strong capability to assess clients' distinct financial needs and recommend customized investment and planning solutions.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% are required.

• Extensive knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both one-on-one and group environments.

• Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Must be able to meet applicable regulatory and criminal-history requirements.
