This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Function as a reliable financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within key Workplace benefit plan clients.
• Serve as the main relationship manager for a select group of executives.
• Offer customized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment guidance, and asset management assistance.
• Incorporate workplace benefits and plan provisions into holistic financial plans.
• Provide continuous consultation and relationship management to enhance client financial well-being.
• Foster client engagement, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Present executive services offerings during business review meetings.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events.
• Develop strategies to increase assets under management and broaden client relationships.
• Deliver planning and guidance for Fidelity’s Workplace Investing executive clients within the Personal Investing business unit.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are mandatory.
• Capability to obtain an insurance license within six months of employment.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is preferred.
• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is highly encouraged.
• At least 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning.
• Proven history of sales success within the financial services sector.
• Experience in working with senior executives and employee benefit plans.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong capability to assess clients' individual financial needs and recommend customized investment and planning solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• In-depth knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both one-on-one and group environments.
• Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Must comply with relevant regulatory requirements and restrictions pertaining to criminal histories.
