This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted strategic ally to the President.
• Oversee special projects from conception to execution, which includes coordinating executive searches and organizational design efforts.
• Perform research, analysis, and synthesis to aid in executive decision-making.
• Monitor organizational initiatives, deadlines, responsibilities, and associated risks.
• Prepare agendas, background documents, and briefing materials for leadership, board, and private equity meetings.
• Document meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Organize and prioritize the President’s email correspondence.
• Act as a liaison between the President, CEO (as needed), leaders, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with private equity partners, board members, and business line leaders.
• Assist in organizational change initiatives.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion regarding personnel changes, M&A due diligence, and compensation issues.
• Keep accurate and well-organized records, files, and documentation.
• Anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring direction.
• Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and resolving conflicts.
• Lead and support an Executive Assistant with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and calendar management.
• Contribute to preparations for executive and board-level engagements.
• 7+ years of experience as an Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff, or senior Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite executive.
• Capacity to function as a strategic thought partner and thoroughly synthesize information.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Methodical and process-oriented work style.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience managing sensitive personnel, financial, and ownership issues.
• Ability to foresee needs and operate independently with minimal oversight.
• A designated home office or a workspace free from distractions.
• Consistent high-speed internet connection.
• Capability to meet physical demands, including occasional lifting/moving of up to 15 pounds.
• Strongly preferred: experience in supporting a President or CEO.
• Strongly preferred: experience in directing or coordinating an Executive Assistant or other support personnel.
• Strongly preferred: familiarity with executive, board, and private equity reporting schedules.
• Strongly preferred: background in contributing to organizational design or change management initiatives.
