This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the framework and year-round prioritization process for the enterprise portfolio intake.
• Lead the execution across digital transformation, market expansion, and commercial offerings in a cross-functional manner.
• Collaborate with functional leads on roadmaps, resource allocation, and timeline optimization.
• Create organizational capacity models to effectively balance resource distribution and avoid team burnout.
• Act as the main point of escalation for cross-functional challenges and risks.
• Manage a team of program managers within a matrixed environment.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of enterprise technology assets, covering aspects like ownership, cost, technical health, and associated risks.
• Co-lead efforts in portfolio rationalization, consolidation, redundancy removal, and decisions on build-versus-buy-versus-retire.
• Develop executive portfolio dashboards that link technology and data investments to business outcomes and ROI.
• Design and oversee Technology operating rhythms, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance on TBM frameworks, technology expenditure, vendor and contract governance, and ROI assessment.
• Provide status updates, risk assessments, and portfolio dashboards to the CIO, C-suite, and Board of Directors.
• Lead the internal adoption of AI tools and promote change management, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
• Work alongside peer technology executives on Business Technology operating rhythms and management of the enterprise technology portfolio.
• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise PMO, Technology Operations, and/or Transformation leadership roles, along with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale strategic, business, or technology operations teams.
• Direct or matrixed oversight of budget, vendor management, and portfolio governance.
• Proven success in guiding B2B SaaS organizations through significant growth and transformational change, particularly in environments approaching or exceeding $1B in revenue.
• Experience managing a highly strategic enterprise portfolio featuring 8–10+ concurrent global programs.
• Proficient in managing cross-functional dependencies involving Business Technology, Go-to-Market, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience.
• Demonstrated ability to establish or enhance Enterprise PMO capabilities.
• Capacity to influence technology budgets, vendor strategies, and operating-model decisions.
• Exceptional executive presence coupled with strong communication skills.
• Reliable internet access for any remote work periods, outside of a Workiva office.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Active PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent PMO certification; TBM certification is a plus.
